Olive wood has a high natural oil content meaning it won’t take on any colours or smells from your food. Being such a dense wood it effectively waterproofs itself, meaning that no foods or liquids will be absorbed in to it.

Medina Home Style use only sustainable sources to produce these olive wood products. No living tree is ever cut down for its wood. We use dead branches, those which no longer produce fruit, and new trees are continually being planted.
