Standard Delivery for UK Mainland (including Northern Ireland)
Orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. We usually dispatch on the same day for any order received before 3pm and each order is shipped on a next day My Hermes service.
Standard delivery orders are sent via My Hermes recorded delivery service.
Orders over £50.00, delivery is free. Orders under £50.00 are subject to a £5.99 delivery charge
Our opening hours for postage are Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm (excluding bank or public holidays).
While Covid-19 situation at the moment, delivery is taking a bit longer.
International Delivery
We are happy to deliver your parcel anywhere in the world.
The relevant International Shipping rates are calculated per weight and shipping costs are provided at the checkout along with the estimated transit times.
For European destinations we use DPD’s recorded delivery service, for international shipments we use a variety of couriers and a signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.
**Please Note: We cannot deliver to a PO Box; we can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.
PACKAGING
Our priority is that your order reaches you safely so packaging is practical rather than pretty, and we recycle and reuse as much packaging as we can. So, while we can’t promise the box will be pretty, the contents will be! Sustainability is very important to us so we use cardboard boxes, we reuse boxes wherever we can, paper void fill, paper postage bags, paper tape. We also reuse bubble wrap and other postage materials we have received.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we work hard to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, If any product is faulty, damaged, missing from your order or you have received the wrong item(s), please contact us first within 24hours of delivery receipt, either by email on info@medinahomestyle.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)7436 678898 (Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 4.00pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement providing that you comply our policy terms:
Return the purchase unused and in perfect condition, in the original packing within 7 days
Refunds will be given within 5 days of receipt of the goods by us. We cannot offer refunds on: purchases returned after 7 days of your receipt, or where you have not notified us within 24hours of receipt.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If there is something, you’d like which is showing out of stock, please contact us for up-to-date information.
If for any reason an item is out of stock but the system has allowed you to place an order, we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.
